I’m glad you’re here!
Tampa Bay Christian Counseling Center is ready to welcome you in (at the office or virtually) just as you are.
Counseling can play an important role in helping you better understand and resolve difficult situations in life. While we can’t change these difficult experiences of the past, we can learn how to understand and resolve them in a healthy way. Together, we will build a plan with the help of complementary therapy approaches and techniques to help you move from the challenges that you’re experiencing to a new life where you feel empowered and on a positive path to growth and well-being.
As a therapist, I work with you to unearth long-standing behavior patterns or negative perceptions that you have in your life or relationships to help you move in a new direction where you can achieve your goals.
Some of the common challenges that I help individuals and couples address include:
- Marital conflict
- Affair recovery
- Divorce recovery
- Spiritual challenges
